EUGENE, Ore. – Center Point Self-Care, a wellness company specializing in movement and meditation routines, is proud to announce the placement of their large projection unit in the new student health and wellness walk-in center at Lane Community College.
The Center Point Ambient Video Jukebox offers soothing scenes and ambient soundscapes, and the large chromatherapy selection resembles giant lava lamp walls. However, the featured content is the highly effective movement and meditation routines that are easy to do and bring a calm centering while building strength, focus, and deepened breathing.
This placement is a significant step towards practical solutions for the mental, physical, and emotional health of both student body and staff. The Center Point Self-Care team is thrilled to partner with Lane Community College to bring their wellness practices to the student health and wellness walk-in center.
“We are excited to offer our expertise in wellness to Lane Community College. Our movement and meditation routines are designed to help individuals manage stress, build resilience, and cultivate a sense of calm,” said Barclay Powers, Co-Founder of Center Point Self-Care. “We believe that everyone can benefit from incorporating self-care practices into their daily routine, and we are proud to be a part of Lane Community College’s efforts to promote health and wellness.”
Center Point Self-Care offers teacher training certification both on-site and remotely via video conferencing, allowing individuals to learn directly from the originator and bring their healing practice and service to others to a whole different level of effectiveness.
