The Pressure
Audit
Written for the moment when responsibility has become tangled with an older rule. The deadline, the bill, the child, the work, the decision, the unstable world pressing at the window. The Pressure Audit helps you see what life is actually asking of you, and what your inner operating system has added on top.
First, you name the pressure. The visual map helps you scan the field of money, work, health, parenting, time, relationships, identity, unfinished obligations, creative output, and the future, then choose the three pressures taking up the most space in your body right now.
Then, the audit separates the layers. You identify what is externally true, including facts, deadlines, limits, needs, and consequences. Then you name the private rule making the pressure heavier: be impressive, stay useful, handle everything alone, stay positive, regulate faster, prove you are okay.
The final pages reveal the pattern. Proving, caretaking, collapse, silence, permission, spiritual override, and the pressure that comes from believing you should know better by now. Once the rule is visible, the next step becomes smaller, cleaner, and much easier to take.
This is for the person who is carrying the situation, the story about the situation, and the rule that says they should be handling it better.
