The Willpower
Workbook
Written for the moment when effort has stopped giving you useful information. The project, the relationship, the habit, the opportunity, the body, the dream, the closed door. The Willpower Workbook helps you tell the difference between what asks for more commitment, what asks for patience, and what may finally be asking for release.
It begins with one honest situation, not your whole life. You name the thing you are trying to force, finish, fix, continue, or decide, then notice the private verdict you may have placed on yourself: I must not want it enough, I should be farther along, if this were right it would be easier, if I stop it means I failed.
Inside, you will use a simple four-part map for reading resistance more clearly: wall, warning, season, or locked door. A wall asks for effort. A warning asks for listening. A season asks for patience. A locked door asks for grief, release, and the courage to turn toward what may still open.
The final pages help you choose the next honest move. You will measure what continuing may cost, what changing direction may protect, and what support would make the next step more grounded. The point is not to kill effort. The point is to stop throwing your strength at the wrong kind of obstacle.
This is for the person who has been trying to decide whether to push harder, pause longer, or finally take their hand off the door.
