The Belief Trace
The central inquiry process of Internal Design. Beginning with a present experience, recurring conflict, or persistent limitation, you ask what belief would have to be operating for someone to experience it that way.
You examine how that belief is being proven true, separate observable reality from inherited meaning and internal rule, and follow the rule back to its origin, purpose, and current authority.
You then determine what remains true now and consciously choose whether to keep, revise, or release it.
Belief Installation follows separately, after the old structure has been fully examined.
